Senior Payments Administrator – Fixed Term

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Senior Payments Administrator to join our Operations team on a 14‑month fixed‑term contract. In this role you will ensure smooth processing of domestic and international payments while delivering high‑quality service to internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Process and validate payment transactions accurately within agreed service levels.
• Manage inbound and outbound payment queues, coordinating team workloads.
• Investigate and resolve payment‑related queries and reconciliation issues.
• Identify, investigate and escalate suspicious activity in line with AML and KYC requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a banking environment.
• Strong understanding of payment operations and banking processes.
• Secondary education (A‑Levels or equivalent) required.
• Experience handling customer queries and operational issues.
