Chief Executive – Isle of Man

About the role

The Chief Executive will lead Standard Bank Offshore’s Isle of Man operations, delivering results aligned with the Group strategy and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Orchestrate execution of Isle of Man Limited strategy approved by the Board.
• Lead country teams, influence strategic stakeholders and drive a growth‑oriented, customer‑focused organisation.
• Ensure credit, risk, compliance and performance metrics are met.
• Manage legal and regulatory alignment and engagement with governing bodies.
• Accountable for shareholder value, financial performance and regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• Post‑graduate degree in Business or Commerce.
• 10+ years of enterprise executive management experience in financial services.
• Proven track record in major lines of business and regulatory environments.
• Experience on an executive leadership team of a comparable organisation.
