Operations Control Manager

About the role

Establish, implement, track and monitor the Operations Control capability across product operations to contain losses and minimise non‑financial risk. Lead a Controls Team to embed a robust Ops Control environment and provide real‑time assurance.

Key responsibilities

• Account for the implementation of end‑to‑end control frameworks and tools, ensuring accurate reporting and optimal control processes.
• Proactively monitor, track and remediate risks by implementing KRIs, performing trend analysis and sharing insights with stakeholders.
• Influence and encourage operations and front‑office stakeholders to adopt recommended controls and highlight inter‑connectedness of products, systems and processes.

Required profile

• First degree in Audit or Risk Management.
• 5‑7 years experience in Operations Control and 8‑10 years advanced banking product knowledge.
