Talent Acquisition Lead

About the role

Standard Bank Offshore, the offshore arm of the Standard Bank Group, is looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead. You will develop and deliver strategic talent acquisition solutions that help the business attract, engage and hire exceptional talent. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will lead recruitment initiatives, optimise sourcing strategies, leverage market insights and drive continuous improvement across the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver strategic talent acquisition plans aligned to business objectives and workforce requirements.
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, advising hiring managers and business leaders on recruitment best practice and market insights.
• Drive sourcing excellence through multiple attraction channels, talent pipelines, employer branding initiatives and market mapping.
• Use data and workforce analytics to provide recruitment insights, identify trends and inform future talent strategies.
• Lead continuous improvement by optimising recruitment processes, adopting new technologies and maintaining governance, compliance and data integrity standards.

Required profile

• Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or a related discipline; a professional recruitment or HR qualification is advantageous.
• At least 8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment or Human Resources.
• Proven experience managing complex recruitment campaigns across multiple functions and seniority levels.
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing hiring decisions.

• Experience using data and market insights to improve hiring outcomes.
