Summer Internship – Actuarial Services (2027)

About the role

This 3‑week summer internship offers university students in their penultimate year the chance to experience PwC's Actuarial Services team. You will work alongside experienced actuaries, supporting real client projects and gaining insight into the consulting environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support research, analysis and problem‑solving using a variety of actuarial tools.
• Handle, manipulate and analyse data responsibly to produce high‑quality deliverables.
• Prepare clear, concise reports and presentations for internal and client audiences.
• Stay up‑to‑date with technical developments in actuarial and risk modelling.
• Collaborate with team members, embracing diverse viewpoints and feedback.

Required profile

• Penultimate‑year university student pursuing a degree in a quantitative field.
• Minimum Grade A in GCSE Maths and English.
• At least 120 UCAS points (excluding General Studies) or 32 IB points.
• Achieved or expected Grade A in A‑Level Mathematics.
