Summer Assurance Internship 2027

About the role

Join PwC’s Assurance team for a summer internship in 2027, supporting a variety of clients from fast‑growing businesses to large international brands. You will work with the latest audit technology, helping to improve corporate governance and the reliability of client information.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in delivering Assurance services and business advice to diverse clients.
• Utilise advanced audit tools to reduce manual testing and focus on high‑value areas.
• Support research, analysis and problem‑solving using a variety of techniques.
• Produce high‑quality work that meets professional standards.
• Stay up‑to‑date with technical developments in the Assurance field.
• Handle, manipulate and analyse data responsibly.
• Communicate findings clearly, both verbally and in written materials.
• Uphold PwC’s code of ethics and business conduct.

Required profile

• Penultimate‑year university students or school leavers studying A‑Levels.
• Minimum grade 4 in GCSE Maths and English.
• For graduates: at least 120 UCAS points (excluding General Studies) and on track for a 2.1 degree.
• For school leavers: predicted 120 UCAS points (e.g., A*A*A*, AAA) or 32 IB points.
• Curious, eager to learn about PwC’s business and value‑adding approach.
