Senior AEOI Specialist (Fixed Term)

About the role

Nedbank Private Wealth, a private bank and wealth manager headquartered in the Isle of Man with branches in London and Jersey, is looking for a Senior AEOI Specialist on a fixed-term assignment, based in the Isle of Man, UK or Jersey. The role provides subject matter expertise and project leadership across FATCA, CRS and wider AEOI obligations, working with Operations, Risk, Compliance, Technology and Client Services to strengthen data quality, improve reporting and support tax compliance initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategic AEOI and tax compliance projects across the business
• Provide expertise on FATCA, CRS, CRS 2.0 and emerging AEOI requirements
• Review client tax data, classifications, self-certifications and supporting documentation
• Analyse data and reporting outputs to identify trends, exceptions, risks and improvements
• Develop project plans, milestones, reporting and governance updates
• Support implementation of regulatory and legislative changes affecting AEOI reporting
• Improve processes, controls, reporting quality and operational efficiency
• Collaborate with Operations, Compliance, Risk, Technology and Client Services teams
• Support management information reporting, data analysis and stakeholder presentations
• Contribute to policy, procedure and process enhancements, and share knowledge and train colleagues

Required profile

• Significant experience in FATCA, CRS, AEOI reporting or international tax compliance
• Experience delivering regulatory change, tax compliance or data-focused projects
• Experience with large volumes of data and producing management information
• Previous experience in banking, wealth management, fiduciary or financial services is highly desirable
• STEP, ICA, tax, compliance or related professional qualifications are advantageous
