Data Integration Analyst

About the role

The Data Integration Analyst will identify and resolve data misalignments between the bank's customer master file (SAP CRM) and partner systems, ensuring accurate data flow across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Act as subject matter expert on data integration, providing guidance and governance standards.
• Fix data misalignments between the customer master file and partner systems in collaboration with system owners and remediation teams.
• Implement and improve processes for partner system alignment and monitor data management trends.

Required profile

• First degree in Information Technology.
• 5‑7 years experience in data and analytics, with strong understanding of banking data.
• Knowledge of integration patterns, styles, protocols and systems theory.
