Data Quality Analyst

About the role

The Data Quality Analyst will support Standard Bank Offshore’s data quality and reporting strategy, ensuring data across business units meets the highest standards of accuracy and consistency. This role is based in Douglas, Isle of Man, and does not provide relocation or sponsorship.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement data quality and remediation strategies in line with business objectives.
• Monitor operational efforts to remediate data across multiple business units and ensure consistent use of data quality artefacts.
• Identify critical data elements with Data Stewards and enforce business rules for data capture and usage.
• Perform regular data extraction, profiling, and analysis for the customer domain to assess data quality levels.

Required profile

• First degree in Information Technology or related field.
• 3‑4 years of experience in data & analytics, with a focus on data management and quality.
• Project management experience and familiarity with governance and regulatory matters related to data.
