Trust Officer

About the role

A leading international provider of corporate, trust, tax, accounting and fund administration services is recruiting a Trust Officer. You will work within a busy Trust Department servicing an international client portfolio, supporting general trust and company administration, payment processing and compliance-related duties. The role offers exposure to all areas of trust and corporate services and the chance to work alongside experts to deliver integrated client solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships as a key point of contact, providing tailored administrative solutions.
• Handle new business onboarding, including client acceptance, compliance requirements and trust documentation.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to support client requirements.
• Develop and maintain relationships with banks, legal professionals and third parties to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing administration.
• Assist in the day-to-day administration of trust and corporate structures within the team portfolio.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to support compliance and corporate governance processes.

Required profile

• Previous administrative experience within trust and corporate services.
• STEP qualified or part-qualified, with a solid understanding of trust and company administration, statutory and regulatory matters.
• Strong organisational skills, able to prioritise tasks and manage your own workload.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a good foundation in general compliance.
• Ability to delegate tasks to junior team members when required.
