Servicing Specialist

About the role

Zurich Insurance on the Isle of Man is looking for a versatile Servicing Specialist in Douglas who can flex across multiple teams and contribute to continuous improvement. The role sits within the servicing teams and involves training and development, process efficiency and supporting operations.

Key responsibilities

• Learn quickly so you can adapt to multiple operational teams at short notice.
• Own and execute a training and development plan to build multi-skilling across Operations.
• Identify resource needs and talk with stakeholders to help forecast accurately.
• Find and implement continuous improvement opportunities across teams.
• Support project work as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
• Improve the quality of Management Information (MI) to support better planning.
• Take part in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for changes, from small document updates to pod work.
• Help update procedures and complete controls, and support training within the team when the Trainer is not available.
• Analyse trends, share data and trend information with stakeholders, and act on them.
• Take part in ad-hoc work such as audit support and pod developments, and be available as a point of contact for team members.

Required profile

• Able to deputise for the Team Manager in their absence.
• Ideally AML accredited or working towards it.
• Some experience in servicing teams is ideal; able to cover across different lines of business.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, strong problem solving and attention to detail.
• Professionalism and empathy under pressure, strong organisation and multitasking.
• Team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to good customer service.
