International Customer Support Manager – Group Protection

About the role

Join Zurich’s International Markets Group Protection team as a Customer Support Manager. You will manage a portfolio of Group Life and Income Protection policies, acting as the primary contact for customers and brokers throughout the policy lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operational activities for client contracts, including annual renewals and new business processes.
• Ensure compliance with Zurich policies and regulatory requirements, particularly Anti‑Money Laundering controls.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and brokers, delivering prompt and accurate query resolution.
• Provide exemplary ‘one‑touch’ customer service and maintain high data integrity.
• Support the creation of accurate quotations to keep Zurich competitive in the Group Protection market.
• Identify process‑improvement opportunities and implement innovative solutions.
• Collaborate with Underwriting, Medical Underwriting, Distribution, Commercial and Benefit Claims to ensure a seamless customer experience.
