Customer Services Advisor

About the role

Zurich Integrated Benefits and International Life is hiring a Customer Services Advisor in its corporate Customer Services team in Douglas, Isle of Man. As the first point of contact for customers, you will handle inquiries, resolve issues and make sure every customer has a positive experience. The role suits someone who enjoys helping others, communicates well and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Many employees work flexibly, including part-time, flexible hours, job share, some working from home or compressed hours; discuss your needs at interview.

Key responsibilities

• Process and manage customer requests by phone, email and live chat
• Gather information, give updates and support customers through their requests
• Enter data accurately and keep up-to-date customer records
• Investigate requests and work with stakeholders to resolve issues promptly
• Follow all regulatory and company guidelines
• Take part in training and team meetings to keep improving

Required profile

• Friendly, approachable and a great communicator
• Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills
• Team player who can also work independently
• Experience in customer service (a bonus if you know the insurance industry)

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Comfortable learning new software
